The new destinations at Les Villages Clubs du Soleil naturally follow this path and aim to obtain this certification.

OUR APPROACH

Les Villages Clubs du Soleil have implemented a quality approach for many years, at all levels of its organisation and management, bringing together its players around a goal of progress and performance.

Since 1986, Quality for Les Villages Clubs du Soleil is a factor strongly rooted in the company’s strategy and management. It is indeed on this date that a first charter of internal quality was put in place. 10 years later, the quality system evolved naturally towards the ISO 9002 standard, a development that is associated with the growth in the number of Villages.

In 2000, Villages Clubs du Soleil Company was the first holiday village company in Europe to obtain the ISO 9002 standard. The qualification will evolve in 2003 to the ISO 9001 certification version 2000.

As a true management tool, Quality is historically and culturally a major stake in the positioning of Les Villages Clubs du Soleil. The overall quality is thus applied to a very wide scope of the company, affecting all sectors of the organisation: central services (sales, human resources...), employees, services on site, environment, customers, suppliers, partners, communities...

Bolstered by this commitment, the Villages Clubs du Soleil in 2006 became the first company in the tourism sector in France to receive the national award for Quality and Performance.

Since then, Les Villages Clubs du Soleil each year have maintained their position and retained this indispensable certification for an ever more qualitative approach. It is also proof of the successful integration of the approach with all employees of the company.

CHARTER

In order to comply with the new AFNOR NF Z74-501 Standard governing the processing of online customers’ reviews, reviews left on our website must meet the following specifications:

  • The author of the review must be identifiable and can be contacted if need be.
  • All reviews are verified and must correspond to a stay in one of our Villages Clubs du Soleil.
  • All reviews are published, whether good or bad, within 10 days maximum. No changes will be made on them.
  • Reviews containing discriminatory, abusive, violent, obscene language will be systematically refused.
  • A review may be deleted upon the explicit request of the author. For this, he can send an email to marketing@lesvillagesclubsdusoleil.com specifying the subject of his request and the review left
  • Les Villages Clubs du Soleil has the right to reply if necessary within a maximum period of 10 days.
  • Ratings are assigned by our customers (from 1 to 5 stars); with 1 star corresponding to the worst and 5 stars to the best.
  • The classification of reviews is done chronologically, from the newest to the oldest.
