Your all-inclusive Village Club holiday begins at 5pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure.

Rooms

Rooms with shower, toilet, telephone and flat screen television. Bathroom towels and bed linen are provided – Housekeeping and sheets twice per week

Meals

Full board includes meals from dinner service on the day of arrival until breakfast service on the day of departure. Meals include wine Christmas and New Year special menus are included for Village Club holidays during the Christmas school holiday period.

Alpine Skiing Package

The all-inclusive deal includes the alpine skiing package from the day after arrival to the day before departure on the trans-border ski slopes of Montgenèvre-Mont de la Lune (except from 18 to 23/12: 4 days and from 01 to 07/01: 5 days). Special bonus, a free day at the Milky Way - Franco-Italian Ski Resort (400 km of slopes – subject to snow cover and resort opening schedule) and a “Grand Galaxy“ day: access to a day of skiing in each of the following resorts: Serre Chevalier, Alpe d’Huez, Les 2 Alpes, Puy St-Vincent. Departure by ski, subject to snow cover. Half-day discovery tour of the ski resort with ESF guides – reserved for adults (experienced skiers only)

Cross-country skiing package

The all-inclusive deal also includes the cross-country skiing package at the Montgenèvre ski resort in liaison with Clavière. Guided, cross-country skiing tours twice/week with our instructors organised throughout the season (adults only).

Equipment hire

The Village Club loans you equipment for the duration of your stay: Alpine skis, snowboards, cross-country skis, shoes, snowshoes and sleds.

NEW: Now children’s helmets are now part of your hired equipment! If you wish, you can also hire top-of-the-range skis and snowboards and mini-skis (charges apply) at the Village Club.

Kids/Teen Clubs

The Kids’ clubs are open 6 days a week, all season:

• Club des Câlins: Nursery day care for little ones aged from 3 months to under 2 years.
• Club des Coquins: for children aged 2 to 4.
• Club des Malins: For children from age 4 to under 6
• Club des Copains: For children aged from 6 to under 11 . Closed in the morning except during mainland French school holidays.
• Club Jeunes: for pre-teens and young people from 11 to 17 (open 6 days a week, during the French school holidays (mainland France only) and the week of 01 to 08/01 and 31/03 to 07/04). Open for activities between 5pm - 9pm during the French DOM TOM school holidays.

Children’s Ski Park

The Snow Garden is in front of the Club for children aged 3 to 5, supervised by the Villages Clubs du Soleil children’s coordinators. It is open 6 days / week depending on snow cover. Ski equipment is provided

Satchel in the Snow

School support for 6-11 year-olds from January 2012 – outside of the French school holidays (mainland France) (Registration done at time of booking - number of places limited).

Sporting activities at the Village Club

Cardio-training room with specialist equipment, plus gym activities, stretching, relaxation.

Entertainment at the Village Club

Aperitif games, themed nights, dance nights, cabaret, shows, and much more are planned by the Village Club’s entertainment team (with a concert hall).

Equipment at your disposal at the Village Club

Terrace/solarium, bar*, mountain area, tourist information area, ski lockers, books available from reception, loan of board games, safe at the reception, washing machines* and tumbledriers, iron and ironing board, free WiFi internet, baby bath and cot on request from kids’ clubs: Pushchairs for hire. Free shuttles from the village club to the centre of the resort, Free outdoor car park around and near the Club. * Charges apply

TERMS FOR SHORT-STAY HOLIDAYS

Services and conditions are identical to weekly holidays with the exception of:

• Full board meals from dinner service on the day of arrival until breakfast service on the day of departure.
• Ski package from the day following arrival to 5pm on the day of departure, i.e. 2,3 or 4 days – Milky Way Day not included
• Children’s ski park (except Saturdays – no medals awarded)
• Extra charge: Ski lessons are available – book on the spot.
