Village holiday resort at Arc 1800

Your all-inclusive Village Club holiday begins at 5pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure.

Rooms

Rooms with shower, toilet, telephone, television with internal channel. Bathroom towels and bed linen are provided – Housekeeping and sheets twice per week

Meals

Full board includes meals from dinner service on the day of arrival until breakfast service on the day of departure. Meals include wine Christmas and New Year special menus are included for Village Club holidays during the Christmas school holiday period.

Buffet Restaurant

The Village Club provides you with:
* a restaurant area for adults
* a restaurant area for families with children over 6
* a Restopuce area for families with children under 6 and children over 6 with the children’s coordinators. You may also order picnic meals to take with you on hiking excursions or for a full-day of skiing (order the day before).

Alpine Skiing Package

The All-In package includes the Alpine ski pass from the day after arrival to the day before departure for the Les Arcs skiing area (except the week of 18 to 23/12:  4 days and from 01 to 07/01: 5 days).

NEW: One day of free paraskiing (400km of slopes) - once/week for every 2 days of skiing reserved. Leaving the Club with skis on depending on snow.

Explore the skiing area (for a half-day) with instructors from the French Ski School – for adults only (no beginners).

"Trapper" hikes

For anyone who enjoys snowshoe trekking, our guides organise and accompany you on "trapper" hikes (adults only).

Equipment hire

You may hire equipment from the Village Club during your stay: alpine skis, cross-country skis, snow surfboards, snow boots, snowshoes and sledges 

NEW : Now children’s helmets are now part of your hired equipment! You may choose to hire top-quality skis, surfboards and mini-skis from the Village Club (extra charge).

Kids/Teen Clubs

Kids Clubs operate 6 days/week throughout the season:

• Club des Câlins: baby day care centre for little ones aged from 3 months to under 2 years.
• Club des Coquins : for children aged from 2 to under 4
• Club des Malins : for children aged from 4 to under 6
• Club des Copains: For children aged from 6 to under 11 . Closed in the morning except during mainland French school holidays.
• Club Jeunes for pre-teens and young people from 11 to 17 (open 6 days a week, during the French school holidays (mainland France only) and from 01 to 07/01 and 31/03 to 07/04). Open for activities between 5pm and 9pm during DOM TOM school holidays (subject to number of participants)

Children’s Ski Park

The Snow Garden is situated in front of the Club. It is open 6 days / week depending on snow cover. It is for children aged 3 to 4, and is supervised by the children’s coordinators at Villages Clubs du Soleil. Ski equipment is provided

Sporting activities at the Village Club

Gymnastics, stretching and relaxation exercises.

Relaxation and Well-being area at the Club

Enjoy the Village Club’s Relaxation and Well-being area with its sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, massages* and relaxation room (with herbal teas) for adults over 16 only).
1 free entry per person per week. From the 2nd entry: subject to availability). The Arcs 1800 resort offers holidaymakers at the Village Club unlimited access to the swimming pool in Bourg-St-Maurice. (Bring bath towels/ Shorts and swimming trunks forbidden).

Entertainment at the Village Club

Pre-dinner games, themed and dance evenings, cabaret, shows, etc. are organised by the Village Club entertainment team.

Equipment at your disposal at the Village Club

Terrace/solarium, bar*, mountain area, tourist information area, ski lockers, loan of board games and cards, books available from the bar, safe at the reception, washing machines* and tumbledriers, iron and ironing board, free WiFi internet at the reception and bar, baby bath and cot on request from kids’ clubs: Pushchairs for hire. Indoor pay parking in front of the club and outdoor pay parking outdoor car park at the foot of the Village Club. * charges apply

TERMS FOR SHORT-STAY HOLIDAYS

Services and conditions are identical to weekly holidays with the exception of:

• Full board meals from dinner service on the day of arrival until breakfast service on the day of departure.
• Ski package from the day following arrival until 5pm on the day of departure, i.e. 2,3 or 4 days with one day of Paradiski.
• Children’s ski park (except Saturdays – no medals awarded)
• Extra charge: Ski lessons are available – book on the spot.
