Online reservation

In order to satisfy your needs, Villages Clubs du Soleil offers a full online reservation service. Reserve online

Reserve by telephone

From 6th September 2011 to 30th April 2012: Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm and Saturday from 9am to 1pm.
From 2nd July to 2nd September 2012: From Monday to Friday from 9am to 18pm.

Reserve by post

Please send your signed booking form (along with your deposit payment and with your company’s official stamp if relevant) indicating your choices of dates and destinations. We will do our best to satisfy your first holiday choice as a priority:

What documents must I send?

• The completed and signed booking form (along with your deposit) indicating your choices of dates and destinations. We will do our best to satisfy your first holiday choice as a priority.
• Your provisional reservation code.
• Your deposit representing 30 % of the total cost of the holiday + your reservation fee + the cost of your insurance. If you book less than one month before the date of departure, the total cost of the holiday must be settled in full at the time of reservation.

How can I pay?

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cheque
• Debit card
• Holiday vouchers sent by registered post to Villages Clubs du Soleil
• Family holiday assistance (AVF)

Each Child Benefits Office defines the conditions for payment of benefits; check with your local office. Whatever the rate granted by VACAF holiday villages, social benefits to recipients will be calculated on the basis of 85 % of the cost of the holiday.
