Your all-inclusive stay at the Village Club from Saturday 5pm to the following Saturday 10am

Rooms

• Rooms with shower, WC, telephone and flat screen television with national channels
• Bathroom linen and sheets provided
• Housekeeping service and beds made twice a week

Full board dining

Full board dining from day of arrival, dinner included, to day of departure, breakfast included (wine included with meals)

Restaurants 

• 1 restaurant area for adults and families with children over 6.
• 1 Restopuce for families with children under the age of 6 and children over 6 with their carers from the children’s clubs
• Takeaway picnics available for hikers (must be booked the day before).

Kids’ clubs for under 6s

Open 6 days a week, from june 23th to september 1st 2012

• Clubs des Câlins: nursery for toddlers from 3 months to 2 years old.
• Club des Coquins : for children aged 2 to 4
• Club des Malins: For children from age 4 to under 6

Kids’ club for over 6s

Open 6 days a week from june 30th to september 1st 2012  

• Club des Copains : For children from age 6 to under 11
• Club Jeunes: for pre-teens and young people aged 11 to 17

French Mountain School

• Low altitude hikes with guides(for adults only) : Full or half-day trips with rented equipment (hiking boots, rucksack, etc)
• Hikes for families with children from the age of 8 (supervised outings with appropriate distances and differences in altitudes): Full or half-day trips with rented equipment (hiking boots, rucksack, etc).
• Fauna and flora "Nature" trails accompanied by our guides.
•  "Nordic Walks" accompanied by our guides
• Each week, "Moutain Evening",  prepared our guides

Excursions

Tour programme - discover the host region in the company of our guides (with or without additional cost depending on the excursion)

Mountain biking

Activity reserved for adults, youngsters over the age of 16 and children from the age of 11 as part of the children’s club activities

• Mountain bike tours for all levels of rider accompanied by our guides and equipment loan (mountain bikes, helmets and protection).
• Beginners’ course to learn about mountain biking
• Free access to the Bike Park at the resort (subject to conditions)

Sporting activities

Cardio-training room on the club, step, ‘tums & bums’  archery, mini-golf and tennis in Luchon.

Ping-pong and petanque at the Village Club.

Equipment can be hired for all activities.

White-water activities and the Luchon 9-hole golf course.

Relax at the Village Club

• Soilless Heated outdoor pool outside the club (subject to its functioning).
• Sun terrace, gentle gymnastics, stretching, relaxation, beauty* or massage treatments*.
• Access to the Village Club Wellness Centre: Sauna and jacuzzi (reserved to adults +16 yo)
• Access to the steam room and the pool at the Thermes de Luchon spa centre (reserved for adults +16 yo – once a week)
• Access to Luchon swimming pool (july and august only)

For the pool: bring towels. Only swimming trunks are authorised (no shorts or Bermuda shorts).

The Grand Hotel Museum

In the Village Club, this museum, made for families, proposes a fun-packed living exhibition to learn about the history of the Grand Hôtel and the cog rail train of Superbagnères.

Free outdoor parking near the Club.

Access to the cable car in Luchon in July/August (subject to conditions) and half days during weekends in June and September
