An exemplary quality process

Les Villages Clubs du Soleil has had a quality process in place for many years which affects all levels of its organisation and management and brings its players together with progress and performance in mind. Since 1986, quality has been a factor strongly anchored in Les Villages Clubs du Soleil’s strategy and the company’s management. It was on this date that the first quality charter for internal quality was put in place. 10 years later, the quality system naturally evolved towards ISO 9002, progress which was achieved as the number of Villages and their associated constraints increased. In 2000, Les Villages Clubs du Soleil became the first holiday village company in Europe to be awarded ISO 9002 certification. From 2003, the qualification evolved from the ISO 9001 certification. Having become a true management tool, quality is historically and culturally a major challenge of Les Villages Clubs du Soleil’s positioning. Overall quality is established across the broad scope of the company, affecting all sectors of the organisation: central departments (sales, human resources, etc.), employees, on-site services, environment, clients, suppliers, partners, local authorities, etc. Having taken on this commitment, in 2006 Les Villages Clubs du Soleil became the first company in France’s tourism sector to be awarded the national prize for Quality and Performance. Les Villages Clubs du Soleil has always made customer satisfaction a priority. This is why it’s the first tourism operator to have received ISO 9001 certification, awarded by AFAQ for its villages in Oz en Oisans, Vars, Arc 1800, Valmorel la Belle, Superbagnères, Orcières 1850 and Montgenèvre, and for the company’s head office.

We welcome children aged 3 months and up and divide them up by age group, where they are supervised by enthusiastic and competent professionals. Our children’s activity programmes are adjusted and updated each season.

Need your room serviced? You’ll be looked after right away. Our buffets are varied, with many delicious options, and our dishes can be adapted to your dietary requirements (salt free, pork free) on booking. 

Truly responsible tourism
The environmental approach adopted by Les Villages Clubs du Soleil is identical in each resort. An environmental manager for each village, awareness-raising activities organised each season, exploratory activities and an introduction to ecology, local partnerships in sustainable development in the mountains, etc. At Les Villages Clubs du Soleil, we constantly strive to be environmentally friendly.
