Les Villages Clubs du Soleil, a major social economy company
The taxation of associations, introduced in France in 1998, led Les Villages Clubs du Soleil to opt for an innovative and effective form of governance: the historical association “Villages Clubs du Soleil” holds 99.99% of the shares of the public limited company Villages Clubs du Soleil. This venture is a guarantee of the company’s non-profit status and places the project within a legal framework.
